😛 Boia iute, chili, fenicul, șofran, ghimbir, turmeric, curcuma sau coriandru; toate îți vor condimenta seara de 20 mai, la Prosecco & Spices Party.

Mexican fiesta by Personal Cook

Dumică, pe o vreme nesperat de faină, ne-am bucurat papilele cu un pahar de spumant de la Petro Vaselo Winery, Bendis roze, după care am continuat cu Pork Carnitas (realizat la somokerul lui Sorin), Chilli con carne with popping mexican beans, Tortilla, Mexican Corn Salad, Pickled Red Cabbage, Pico de Galo, Jalapeño and tomato salsa, Mexican cheese dip, Tortilla Chips, Hot sauces (Smoked Chipotle, Tabasco), Sour Cream, Onion & Jalapeño & Cilantro chopped, Lime wedges.

La desert ne-am delectat cu Fried ice cream. Înghețată artizanală de vanilie, de la Finesse Ice Cream, pe care Paul a ”prăjit-o”
