Te așteaptă cele mai nonconformiste și îndrăznețe combinații de înghețată și condimente, la care nici nu te-ai gândi că ar putea merge atât de bine împreună. Dumică, pe o vreme nesperat de faină, ne-am bucurat papilele cu un pahar de spumant de la Petro Vaselo Winery, Bendis roze, după care am continuat cu Pork Carnitas (realizat la somokerul lui Sorin), Chilli con carne with popping mexican beans, Tortilla, Mexican Corn Salad, Pickled Red Cabbage, Pico de Galo, Jalapeño and tomato salsa, Mexican cheese dip, Tortilla Chips, Hot sauces (Smoked Chipotle, Tabasco), Sour Cream, Onion & Jalapeño & Cilantro chopped, Lime wedges.
